Editing and Deleting Messages
There are several ways a message can be edited or deleted in Church Social:
- Administrators can delete any message for all recipients. For example, if someone sends a message to the entire congregation, an administrator can remove it for everyone.
- Members can delete messages they have sent, but cannot delete messages sent by others.
If a message was emailed to members, deleting it in Church Social will not retract the email. Only the copy visible within Church Social will be removed.
To delete or edit a message, open it from the Messages page and select Delete or Edit from the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the message.
