An Overview of Church Social for Office-Bearers
Leadership only files
Church Social lets you create folders for elders, deacons, and pastors. It’s an easy way to cut down on email chains and keep your files organized and secure in one place.

Visit tracking
Office-bearers are able to track both past and upcoming member visits, ensuring all families are regularly cared for and no one falls through the cracks.

For more information on the visit feature, you can read these articles.
Reports
Office-bearers have access to all the custom reports in Church Social. They also can create almost any report they want from their membership data. These reports can be downloaded as PDF, or exported to Excel (CSV).

For more information on the report feature and how to create custom reports, you can read these articles.
Member closeup
The member closeup feature in Church Social is meant to help office-bearers gain deeper insight into the people under their care. For example, previous marriage information, dates of loved-one's deaths, membership history, baptism dates.

Office-bearers can find this information by visiting the family page and clicking on the three dot menu beside each family member's name as shown in the screenshot below:

Office-Bearer Schedules
Easily create office-bearer schedules in Church Social. For example, create a schedule to keep track of which elder is responsible for caring for your pastor each Sunday (often referred to as a “serving elder”). These tasks will appear in the elder's calendar, and you can even set up email reminders.
