Is our data backed up?

Yes, absolutely. You can read about our security and data retention practices on our security page, here.

In a nutshell, 

• Our PostgreSQL database has a rolling 4-day backup, and is encrypted at rest.  In addition there are longer term backups.
• User generated content, such as sermons, files and photos are stored on Amazon S3, with versioning enabled.
• Churches can optionally download their data and save it offline.
