Visit Reminders

Church Social automatically sends visit reminders to both the office-bearers and the individuals receiving the visit.

The email that office-bearers receive contains who is being visited, the time, location, and which office-bearers are joining in on the visit. For example:

This is a friendly reminder of your home visit today with John & Beth Calvin at 7:00pm. 
The meeting location is: Their home
Leon Baumbach is joining you on this visit

The email sent out to individuals is simpler, only listing who is coming and when. These visits also appear in the member’s calendar. Here is an example of the message sent to a member:

Hello Beth Calvin,

This is a friendly reminder of your home visit from Leon Baumbach and Patrick Jansen today at 7:30pm.

The only exception is visits marked as Private — they will not appear in the calendar, nor will email reminders be sent, as they are only visible to the office-bearers who made the visit.
