Shepherding Groups for Office-bearers

Many congregations allocate their congregation members to elder and deacon wards for oversight and shepherding.

These shepherding groups allow your office-bearers to:

• Quickly view and access the members in their care.
• Easily print ward lists that can be distributed to the congregation.
• Send messages to specific shepherding groups.
• Store files for a specific shepherding group.

Church Social allows you to set the name of your shepherding groups in the Group Settings Page. Since different churches use different names for these groups. Once thr groups have been created oin the Groups module, your Church Social Administrator or Statistician can allocate congregation members and office-bearers to each group.
